When to click
A session lasts up to 6 minutes or 14 puffs, with FlexPuff able to add up to 4 more. You can click at any point. Each moment gives a different experience:

What happens if you don't click
Nothing goes wrong. The device heats the stick in exactly the same way, the session lasts the same time, and you get the base taste all the way through. With Oasis Pearl that means a toasted, creamy tobacco; with Sun Pearl, deep menthol tobacco.
Some people buy a capsule blend and click only on some sticks, which makes one pack feel like two blends.
Common capsule problems
- "It clicked in my pocket." A pack squeezed in a tight jeans pocket or crushed in a bag can break capsules early. Carry capsule packs in a bag compartment or a jacket pocket where they won't be pressed.
- "I can't feel the click." Press a little harder and squeeze once, firmly, rather than rolling the filter around.
- "The flavour faded quickly." Clicking very early in a session spreads the flavour across all your puffs. Try clicking later.
- "The stick won't go in properly." A squeezed filter can lose its shape. Insert gently until the line on the filter meets the top; if it won't seat, use another stick.
Capsules and Hyderabad's heat
